Employee Management

One of the strongest features of My HR is that all employee forms and documentation can be stored for easy access. When an employee is hired an electronic file is created to store their employment data, this includes application for hire, I-9, At Will policy agreement, W-4, consent to complete a background check and whatever else you want as your companies hiring protocol. All of these forms are collected and placed in the employee's electronic file and organized in chronological order. The software places every form as it is entered into the employee's file in the order they were received and will print the report in the same manner.

My HR Software has built in safeguards and email notifications from the first day of hire to the date of termination. For example: My HR notifies the user when an employee is eligible for employee benefits two weeks prior to becoming a full time employee and a final notice two days before eligibility. Even after termination, My HR will automatically send out COBRA and State Continuation notifications.
